If you enjoy having direct contact with people, are compassionate and caring, enjoy a good laugh, an occasional cry, and love conversation, this is the opportunity for you.
Some paperwork involved – training is provided. All activities take place on concrete floors. Sturdy closed-toed shoes are required. Safety is our number one priority.
All volunteers must complete our application form. We recommend a brief facility tour and orientation at our site prior to you making a volunteer commitment.

Food Processing Specialist
Grocery stores donate food or community food drives contribute to fill the pantry shelves. Volunteers sort and prepare food for distribution.
Sorting food takes place standing around tables; all activities take place on concrete floors. Completing food processing tasks include standing, walking, lifting, bending and pushing of carts loaded with product. Some tasks may be completed in a sitting position. Sturdy, closed-toed shoes are required. Safety is our number one priority.
A volunteer application must be completed. A brief facility tour and orientation is encouraged prior to making a volunteer commitment.

- ALL youth 17 and under must have parental/guardian consent to volunteer.
- Youth 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult and are welcome by appointment.
- Special event organizations and groups are welcome to set up volunteer opportunities by appointment.
